These beautiful smudge bundles are created with ethically harvested herbs and flowers, most are grown by the owner Kim herself. We feature White Sage (Salvia apiana) in all of our bundles because of its traditional use in powerful cleansing and sacred rituals and all of the White Sage used is grown and harvested on Kim's property...none is taken from the wild.

Each bundle contains additional herbs and flowers that when combined, create a powerful bundle of herbs ready to be used to manifest an intention.

HOW TO USE A SMUDGE BUNDLE

While thinking about what you want to manifest (such as clearing negative energies from your home or business, protecting your sacred space, bringing happiness in, clearing away sickness and illness, etc), hold the smudge bundle with one hand and light the end of the bundle. You can use matches or a lighter. Walk around your space, letting the smoke billow...and envision the smoke filling the air with your intentions. You may have to light the bundle more than once. When finished, either let the bundle burn itself out, or extinguish it into soil outside of your home and save to use again another day. Smudge bundles can also be burned in an abalone shell or in another fire safe tray.
